Itinerary: Winter In Paris

Day 01 - Welcome to Paris

Arrival at Paris Airport.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your driver who will transport you from airport to hotel to let you take the time to settle in and relax.

Feel free to explore the city or just enjoy the All Inclusive Amenities provide by your hotel.

Day 02 - Get To Know Paris

After breakfast,  your day starts at the base of Montmartre hill from where you’ll meet your guide, then travel to the funicular to Sacré-Cœur Basilica. After taking in stunning views of the city, your guide will lead you through the winding streets of Montmartre, stopping off at the neighborhood vineyard, artist hangout Place du Tertre, and a reconstructed windmill, much like those made famous by the cabaret club (and movie) Moulin Rouge.

Ile de la Cite Paris’s oldest district. The City of Light started on this very island, growing from a Roman outpost into the most populous and prosperous city in Europe. Above it rises Notre Dame.

At the Louvre Museum See some of its most spellbinding works of art. The highlight is, of course, da Vinci’s Mona Lisa.

Le Trocadero et son esplanade After another short subway ride you’ll find yourself staring up at the Eiffel Tower from the best vantage point at Trocadéro Plaza, learning the incredible story of how it was built.

At the Tower, your guide will depart but as a parting a gift they’ll leave you with a skip-the-line ticket for the second floor and a ticket for a one-hour Seine River cruise that you can use immediately (we’d recommend it since it’s almost sunset) or save for the next day.

Day 03 - Disney Paris...Nuff Said!

Today is full of adventure so after you eat breakfast, you will want to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the day.

From riding Space Mountain to flying with Peter Pan and snapping a selfie with Mickey Mouse, few theme parks serve up as much fairy-tale magic as Disneyland®. With some 14 million annual visitors, Disneyland® Paris is Europe’s biggest and busiest theme park, boasting adrenaline-fueled rides, state-of-the-art movie sets, and spectacular shows and parades that make it a fantasyland for kids and adults alike.

If you prefer not to go with us to Disney Paris, you can spend the Day On Your Own.

Day 04 - The Total Tongue Titillation

This morning you may want to take it easy of breakfast! You will be taken to the streets of Marais to begin this tantalizing tour.

Chez Alain Miam Miam is first up, we’ll meet this old friend at a historic market*, famous for his crepes, where we will be trying a particularly special savory variation, made from chickpea flour and originating from the south of France. We’ll start the morning in Marais as French as can be with buttery croissants from one of the city’s best-loved bakers. We’ll also try the bakery’s homemade bread, which is different to other bread you’ll find around the city! Then, no Paris food tour is complete without macaroons and chocolate, so our next stop will be to try these sweet treats at a store where the owner has held a prestigious, lifelong quality award since 1986!

After that, we’ll wander down to the Jewish quarter to try some unexpectedly Parisian pastries in a traditional, family-run establishment. Finally, we’ll hop over to the Ile Saint Louis to finish with a glass of French natural wine! At the town of Rodez we’ll discover a 99-year-old shop packed full of regional delicacies from every corner of France. We’ll try cured meats and cheese and talk about how the French shop, eat and go about their daily life! Time for something warm! At the next stop, we’ll enjoy homemade French onion soup in a traditional bistro, which is known for sourcing all his own produce and making everything in house.

Maison Aleph is next up, we’ll try some French pastries with a twist—a French Syrian baker marries the flavors of the Middle East and the quality products of France in little “nests” of joy. To continue with the sweet theme,, we’ll then try traditional handmade French chocolates. Heaven! In between delicious food stops, we will wander the streets of the historic Marais neighborhood.

Day 05 - Discover the Roots of Black Paris

After breakfast, You may spend this Day On Your Own or you may join the optional Black Paris Tour.

Day 06 - On Your Own

Take this day to explore Paris on your own.  Do some shopping or partake of more local cuisines.  The day is completely up to you.

Day 07 - Departure

After Breakfast, it’s time to bid Au Revoir to Paris.

Your driver will pick you up from your hotel and transport you to the airport in time for your flight home.

We thank you for journeying with us!  We hope to see you on other trips in the near future.

Bon Voyage!
