Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your trip ALL DEPOSITS are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you purchase trip protection insurance  it will provide you with a full refund (minus the initial non-refundable deposit and cost of protection plan).

Deposit
The deposit holds your space and locks in the current price. A deposit along with a completed client profile form is required by each traveler. Unless otherwise specified on a hosted group travel event by BSR Travel, any adult over 18 years old can join a hosted group travel event by securing their spot with a deposit as long as the final payment due date hasn’t passed and space is available. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel any or all portions of the itinerary.   Please note that if you find a lower package price PRIOR to paying your deposit, please let us know and we will do our best to match that price. If you find a lower price AFTER making payment, we can not refund or reduce your travel package and our quote as listed stands as agreed upon. All quoted prices are subject to change. Deposit and final payment must be made by due dates to avoid cancellation.

Airfare

Airfare is not included in this “Land Only” travel package. If you decide to proceed with “Land & Air” package, airfare must be paid at time the deposit is made.

If you decide “Land Only” package you can purchase airfare on your own at anytime before travel date. If you need a payment plan for the airfare we recommend Airfordable.
